Workplace Health Cash plans and reflexology

Are you lucky enough to have a health cash plan as one of our work place benefits?

If so, you could be using it to help you look after your everyday health by reimbursing you for certain treatments such as reflexology! You may be able to claim back part (or sometimes all) of the cost of your treatments.

Is reflexology covered?

Reflexology is frequently covered by many health cash plan providers. Simply check on workplace benefits portal and whether they list reflexology or AoR‑registered practitioners.

As I'm a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), I can provide a receipt for you to claim back with your provider.

Here's a current list of providers that enable you to claim back for reflexology.

Beneden Healthcare, BHSF, Bupa, Health Shield, Hive insurance services, Medicash, Simplyhealth, Sovereign Health Care, HMCA, UK Healthcare, Paycare

How to claim your reflexology session

If your plan includes reflexology, the process is usually very simple:

  1. Book your treatment as normal

  2. Ask me for a receipt — I provide receipts with all the details your provider needs

  3. Submit the receipt through your plan’s app or website

  4. Receive your reimbursement

There’s no extra paperwork or admin for you beyond uploading the receipt and if you already have the benefit, it’s worth making the most of it.
